    From beginners to experienced lifters, we offer lift coaching, competitive preparation, and training and competition gear assessment.

Started in January of 2022 by personal trainer & lifting coach, Clay Z, his vision was a simple one: to create a safe, clean, accessible and dedicated place for people to work out, get stronger, leaner and learn a few things about better health. From this vision, Old Breed was born.
